EML is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business based in Sydney, supporting injured workers on their return-to-work journey. As a Claims Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with external stakeholders and perform claim administration duties in a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the worker and employer with the claim process and documentation to ensure timely access to services for return to work and injury recovery.
• Pro-actively pursue case management to achieve early sustainable return to work while managing costs.
• Ensure allocated work is actioned within appropriate timeframes.
• Manage telephone enquiries in line with EML guidelines and policies.
• Collaborate with Injury Management Specialists to collect information and provide expert advice.
• Record and maintain accurate records.
