WorkPac is seeking a Valve Assembly Operator in Western Australia. You will assemble, test, inspect and repair valves, actuators and flow control equipment, using hand tools, test equipment and cranes, following drawings and quality standards.

You will maintain records, handle timesheets, keep the workshop clean and safe, and comply with HSE procedures. A forklift licence and a valid driver's licence are mandatory, plus the ability to pass NPC and drug screening.

Competenze

• Mandatory Forklift Licence and Drivers Licence.
• Ability to produce a clean NPC and pass a Drug and Alcohol Screening.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.

Mansioni

• Assemble, test, inspect and repair valves, actuators and flow control equipment per drawings and quality standards.
• Operate hand/power tools, test equipment, cranes and workshop machinery to complete tasks.
• Maintain accurate job records, timesheets and quality documentation; keep the workshop safe and organized.

About the Client

Our client is a global technology and engineering company specializing in the development and manufacturing of industrial automation solutions, control systems, software, and measurement instrumentation

What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting and repairing valves, actuators, positioners and flow control equipment in accordance with technical drawings, work instructions and quality standards. Operate hand and power tools, test equipment, overhead cranes and other workshop machinery to complete assigned tasks.
• Assist with various workshop operations, including blasting, grinding, painting, drilling, packing and general maintenance activities. Identify and report product defects, perform quality checks, and ensure all work meets required specifications.
• Maintain accurate job records, timesheets and quality documentation while ensuring the workshop remains clean, organised and safe. Strictly adhere to company and client health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

What You Will Need

Current Forklift Licence mandatory
