Job summary

Optus Enterprise is seeking an Early Careers Talent Consultant to lead and continuously improve our early career programs, including graduate, internship, cadet and alternative entry pathway initiatives.

You will manage the participant journey from onboarding and development through rotations, engagement, performance support and program completion, partnering with leaders and People & Culture to strengthen Optus’ future talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering early career or talent programs in large organisations.
• Experience partnering with Talent Acquisition on attraction and recruitment activities.
• Experience designing or facilitating development programs and workshops.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple units.
• Ability to use workforce or recruitment data to inform decisions and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead early career programs across concurrent cohorts from onboarding to completion.
• Manage inductions, orientations, welcome communications, rotations and buddy programs.
• Plan and deliver networking sessions, development workshops and cohort engagement events.
• Act as a trusted contact for participants, people leaders, and stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with sponsors, leaders and People & Culture to ensure strong program execution.
• Maintain participant records, cohort tracking, schedules and governance documentation.
