Job summary

NH Foods Oakey invites applicants to join a 2-year Supervisory Development Program designed to nurture emerging and front-line leaders. You will rotate through production and corporate areas, participate in hands-on activities, receive personalised coaching, and work on a capstone project that demonstrates growth and impact.

The program emphasizes leading by example, self-leadership, and strong understanding of SOPs and WHS procedures, with ongoing mentorship to accelerate leadership progression

Qualifications

• Currently completing, enrolled in or interested in obtaining a Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Less than five years’ experience in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management abilities
• WHS and SOP knowledge
• Willing to participate in onsite rotations

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and develop leadership capabilities across production and corporate areas.
• Engage in hands-on rotations and structured activities to build supervisory competencies.
• Participate in quarterly mentoring and coaching sessions.
• Complete a capstone project contributing to business improvement.
• Progress along the leadership pipeline at the Oakey plant.
