PICA Group is seeking a Junior Full Stack Analyst Programmer to join our team in Sydney. The role involves analysing requirements, designing workflows, and delivering secure, reliable full stack software across internal and customer-facing systems.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, validate AI-assisted outputs, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Junior-level developer role with opportunity to grow technical skills.
• Experience or education in full stack development across web apps, APIs, databases and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and secure coding principles.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate into functional specifications.
• Design, develop, test and maintain web applications, APIs and backend services.
• Create intuitive user interfaces and improve user experience across systems.
• Utilise AI-assisted development tools while reviewing and validating outputs.
• Perform unit, integration and regression testing and fix defects.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide production support and drive continuous improvement.
