Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in compliance or risk.
• Excellent analytical capability to interpret regulations and apply them to client scenarios.
• Proven project management skills to handle multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder and client-relationship skills to build trust and communicate clearly.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication to articulate findings and recommendations.
• Innovative, adaptable mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the full spectrum of compliance and governance risk matters, from systems and controls design to regulatory investigations and policy uplift.
• Provide expert advice on transformation projects, regulatory implementation and remediation programs.
• Contribute to review and development of risk and compliance frameworks, standards and policies.
• Undertake compliance monitoring and assurance activities, support regulatory impact assessments and regulatory change implementations.
• Participate in business development, including client presentations, proposals and networking events.
