Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Children’s Services or Education.
• Senior/leadership experience in long day-care.
• Solid knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF.
• Budget and financial accountability experience.
• Current First Aid and Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Support the Centre Leadership Team to create a safe, secure learning environment for children.
• Build lasting relationships with families to keep them informed and involved.
• Support the Centre Leadership Team to develop a culture of quality and safety in the centre.
• Contribute to decisions about resourcing and the education environment for children.
• Drive business performance to enable Guardian to invest in high-quality education.
