Job summary

Animal Referral Hospital on the Central Coast is seeking two Emergency Veterinarians for full-time or part-time roles. Join a close-knit team with a broad specialist network and on-site Criticalist support.

The role offers varied emergency caseloads, shared rosters including nights and weekends, and flexible hours with relocation and accommodation options for non-local vets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GP experience or 1+ year ECC experience.
• Surgical experience welcomed but not essential.
• Strong team player with flexibility for shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied medical and surgical emergency caseload.
• Share roster covering nights, weekends and some public holidays.
• Some sole-charge shifts with on-site support.
• Operate within a supportive emergency team led by an on-site Criticalist.

ARH Gosford are currently looking for 2 Emergency Veterinarians to join our close-knit team on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexibility around hours and shift lengths.

About the role

• Varied medical and surgical emergency caseload.
• Shared roster covering nights, weekends and some public holidays.
• Some sole-charge shifts, with support always available.
• Ideal for vets with 4+ years GP experience or 1+ year ECC experience.
• Surgical experience is welcomed but not essential.
• Supportive, experienced Emergency team and on-site Criticalist.
• Access to a broad Specialist network across ECC, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Imaging and more.
• Well-equipped hospital including endoscopy, ventilators, ultrasound, radiology and full surgical facilities.
