Job summary

ARH Gosford is seeking two Emergency Veterinarians to join a close-knit team on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible hours. This true emergency role excludes routine consults, vaccinations and dentals, and offers a varied medical and surgical caseload.

The team includes on-site Criticalist and access to a broad Specialist network across ECC, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Imaging and more.

Qualifications

• True emergency medicine practice with no routine consults.
• 4+ years GP experience or 1+ year ECC experience.
• Surgical experience welcomed but not essential.
• Flexible hours and shift lengths.

Responsibilities

• Provide true emergency medical and surgical care.
• Manage varied emergency caseload.
• Share roster covering nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Some sole-charge shifts with support available.
