Job summary

Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks an Incident Response Technician to support emergency tow operations and infrastructure management in Australia. You will respond to traffic incidents, establish Temporary Traffic Control zones, assist law enforcement, and maintain vehicles and roadways.

A valid CDL Class A is preferred with TTC and NIMS training requirements. The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a focus on safety and teamwork to deliver reliable incident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and two years in infrastructure maintenance.
• CDL Class A preferred; TTC certification within three months is expected.
• Ability to operate common roadwork tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures for traffic incidents.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly respond to traffic incidents when dispatched by the Tunnel Operator.
• Set up safe TTC zones and install traffic control devices as required.
• Assist law enforcement in managing traffic incidents.
• Clean incident response vehicles and maintain appearance of roadways.
• Repair road surfaces and maintain roadway assets and equipment.
• Transport crew and equipment to sites using large trucks or trailers.
• Work overtime during emergency rotations, evenings, weekends and holidays.
