Grampians Health Horsham is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Emergency Department across Western Victoria. You will provide clinical and operational leadership to a skilled multidisciplinary team, drive quality care and safety, and shape the future of emergency services within the network.

Formación

• At least 2–3 years in leadership/people management.
• Nursing qualification with registration as a nurse.
• Postgraduate management qualifications desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary Emergency Department team.
• Drive service development, innovation and operational improvement.
• Build a positive, engaged and safe workplace culture.
• Champion continuous quality improvement and high standards of patient care.
• Coach and support staff to develop their capability and careers.
