Ideal candidates will hold AHPRA FACEM or FRACGP/FACRRM with advanced emergency medicine qualifications and demonstrated leadership. The position offers accommodation support and a supportive regional work environment.

• Current AHPRA registration as FACEM or FRACGP/FACRRM with advanced emergency medicine qualifications.
• Demonstrated Emergency Medicine experience and clinical expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior clinical oversight and support governance of the Emergency Department.
• Lead or support workforce planning and medical staff management.
• Mentor junior clinicians and ensure ongoing education.
• Promote patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to service planning and continuous improvement.
• Participate in evenings, weekends, and on-call rosters.
