Job summary

Healthscope's Norwest Private Hospital in Sydney's North West seeks an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting. You will join a collaborative team focused on safety, clinical excellence and compassionate care across emergency services.

You will hold an unrestricted AHPRA RN registration, pursue postgraduate Emergency or Critical Care nursing, and mentor ENs and AINs while supporting families throughout the patient journey.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care Nursing.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care in emergency settings.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care outcomes.
• Support and mentor ENs and AINs within the team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
