Qualifications

• Registered Nurse – Division 1 with current AHPRA registration and demonstrated post-registration experience within critical care and/or an acute hospital environment.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while effectively prioritising workload and adapting to rapidly changing clinical environments.
• Proven clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex and evolving patient situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, collaborative approach and a commitment to contributing to a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical care to patients presenting with a broad range of acute, complex and time-critical conditions in a multidisciplinary ED team.
• Utilise advanced clinical assessment and decision-making to deliver safe, evidence-based care and support patient flow.
