Job summary

You will mentor staff, drive quality improvement, and support ongoing professional development in a supportive rural health service.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse authorised to practice with AHPRA and post‑registration qualifications in Emergency Nursing.
• Minimum 3 years' ED experience with post‑graduate qualification in Emergency Nursing or equivalent experience.

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff in ED.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Support and encourage professional and career development across the team.
• Work on a rotating roster in a busy Emergency Department.
