Job summary

The Salvation Army Emergency Services (SAES) in Malaga, WA is seeking a Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator to oversee asset readiness, maintain records, and ensure equipment is ready for deployment.

You will coordinate contractors, manage repairs, lead volunteers, and support on-call operations during emergencies while upholding safety and TSA policies. This is a permanent full-time role based in Malaga, WA.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining asset registers across multiple sites.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and keep records.
• Strong WHS knowledge and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a complete asset register and accuracy.
• Ensure timely service of plant, vehicles and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and suppliers.
• Manage warehouse stock and depot operations.
• Lead casual staff and volunteers for depot tasks.
• Support SAES deployments during emergencies.
• Prepare fault reports after incidents.
