Job summary

The Salvation Army Australia is seeking a Maintenance and Logistics Coordinator to manage the readiness of all SAES assets across Western Australia, based in Malaga. You will oversee asset registers, servicing, repairs, and compliance with WHS requirements, while coordinating contractors and leading casual staff and volunteers to keep depots operating effectively.

This full-time permanent role supports emergency deployment readiness, including on-call duties and deployment logistics, reporting

Qualifications

• Experience operating mobile plant equipment and vehicles.
• Strong organisation, planning and safety focus.
• Commitment to WHS and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an asset register and ensure servicing of plant, vehicles, and equipment.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers for maintenance, repairs and replacements.
• Manage warehouse stock, depot operations and on-call support during deployments.
• Provide training on equipment use and ensure compliance with TSA policies.
