Job summary

Energy Exemplar is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the EMEA region, based in the UK, to manage and grow high-value customer engagements with utilities, regulators, and energy companies. You will own accounts across EMEA, drive retention, revenue expansion, and advocacy, and represent the company at industry events while translating customer challenges into solutions with a strong commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting.
• Experience with SaaS/software and enterprise renewals/upsell.
• Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate customer challenges into solutions.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Establish, expand, and nurture executive-level relationships with customers across EMEA.
• Drive renewal targets and regional revenue growth.
• Advise customers to ensure sustained value and adoption of Energy Exemplar’s solutions.
• Represent Energy Exemplar at industry events and government forums across EMEA.
• Collaborate with Product teams to capture market feedback and roadmap needs.
• Ensure onboarding and adoption are delivered to a high standard across markets.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships with governments, regulators, and private sector leaders.
