Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Executive protection certification or similar security qualification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in executive protection, protective intelligence, diplomatic protection, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate security environments.
• Strong threat assessment, situational awareness and risk management capabilities with sound judgement under pressure.
• Experience planning and supporting domestic and international executive travel, including security advances, route planning and local provider coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate discreetly and independently in dynamic environments and during irregular hours.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and discretion with handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and implement executive protection plans, travel risk assessments, security advances and mitigation measures.
• Coordinate domestic and international executive travel security, including itinerary reviews, route planning, venue and accommodation assessments, secure transport and local support arrangements.
• Accompany executives and provide discreet protective support during travel, meetings, events and other activities.
• Maintain situational awareness of geopolitical, crime, civil unrest, health and other security developments affecting supported personnel.
• Support protective intelligence activities, including threat monitoring, risk assessments and executive threat profiling.
• Gather and analyse information from internal and external sources to identify emerging threats and potential impacts on executives.
• Liaise with client stakeholders, executive support teams, external vendors, local authorities and security providers to coordinate protective measures.
• Support incident and crisis response involving executives, including emergency communications, evacuation planning and coordination of medical or security assistance.
