Job summary

Wedded Wonderland is seeking a Luxury Travel Consultant to deliver concierge-level travel support for destination weddings, milestone celebrations, and their guests. This role collaborates with senior travel specialists, planners, venues, and global partners to coordinate complex itineraries.

You will manage client-facing communications, ensure accuracy of travel details, and provide proactive service during live events, weekends, and holidays, while maintaining discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury travel, travel coordination, concierge services, hospitality operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience supporting complex itineraries and groups.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Must have client-facing experience and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel itineraries for destination weddings, honeymoons, guest travel, and post-event extensions.
• Assist with accommodation, transfers, and experience arrangements aligned with wedding schedules.
• Communicate professionally with guests, planners, and partners via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
