Job summary

Edgewise Insurance Brokers seeks an experienced Account Executive for its High Net Worth team in Cremorne. You will manage a private client portfolio, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and provide concierge-level service across renewals, endorsements and claims advocacy.

You will support the High Net Worth Manager on larger accounts, build insurer relationships and develop market expertise while delivering proactive client servicing and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domestic, SME or High Net Worth insurance portfolio.
• Renewals, insurer negotiations, claims and client relationships experience.
• Strong client service orientation and willingness to provide high-touch support.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of High Net Worth clients and deliver consistently high levels of service.
• Develop trusted client relationships through proactive and responsive communication.
• Manage renewals end-to-end, including renewal strategies and market submissions.
• Obtain, analyse and negotiate quotes, policy terms and pricing with insurers.
• Process endorsements, alterations and documentation accurately and within timeframes.
• Provide proactive claims support and advocacy.
• Develop relationships with insurers and understand High Net Worth markets.
• Identify referral, cross-sell and new business opportunities.
• Assist with placement and servicing of larger or more complex personal insurance risks.
