Job summary

Green by Nature's Moore Park turf team is seeking a motivated Greenkeeper to maintain premium greens, tees and fairways while upholding top-quality turf standards. You'll join a fast-paced golf environment, operate modern turf equipment, contribute to course presentation, irrigation and bunker maintenance, and support safe, high-performing teamwork.

Ideally you have experience in greenkeeping or sports turf, a current driver's licence and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in greenkeeping, golf course maintenance or sports turf.
• A strong understanding of turf maintenance principles.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• A current driver's licence.
• Chemical Accreditation and irrigation experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining greens, tees, fairways and surrounding course areas.
• Assisting with mowing, renovation, irrigation and course presentation programs.
• Monitoring turf health and identifying potential issues before they impact playability.
• Operating and maintaining modern turf machinery and equipment.
• Supporting bunker maintenance and daily course setup.
• Contributing to a safe, professional and high‑performing team environment.
