Job summary

KONE in Perth, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our high performing Service Team. You’ll manage the service and installation of elevator products across low-rise housing to the world’s tallest skyscrapers, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will respond to breakdowns, perform preventative maintenance and repairs, and uphold KONE policies while building lasting relationships with local customers. A current electrical licence and lift-industry flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Lift industry experience preferred but not essential.
• Current electrical licence required.
• Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder’s expectations.
• Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities.
• Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality.
• A customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend elevator and escalator breakdowns.
• Attend to maintenance activities and repairs.
• Work in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards.
• Maintain customer relationships in the local region.
