Schindler Lifts in Australia is launching the Elevate Electricians Program in NSW, inviting qualified electricians to transition into the lift industry and build a long-term career as a Lift Service Technician. If you have strong electrical fault-finding skills, you’ll learn everything needed to maintain, troubleshoot and repair lifts and escalators under the guidance of experienced technicians.

No lift experience? No problem.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical NSW Licence.
• Sound fault-finding and troubleshooting mindset.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair lifts and escalators.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Respond to customer breakdown calls.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
• Develop expertise in control systems and automation technologies.
• Build strong customer relationships with building owners and managers.
• Work alongside experienced technicians and mentors.
