Qualifications

• Experienced in electronics manufacturing, capable of performing core tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience assembling, testing and reworking PCBAs and electronic products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to address quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated manufacturing machinery.
• Perform firmware flashing and updates on electronics according to production requirements.
• Conduct functional testing to confirm products meet specifications.
• Assemble electronics into enclosures.
• Accurately record traceability data throughout the manufacturing process.
• Prepare products for packing and dispatch per work instructions.
• Follow quality, safety and production procedures to ensure consistent manufacture.
