Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks an Electromechanical Tooling Specialist to join a new dedicated Contract Logistics operation in Dubbo supporting the renewable energy sector. The role covers inspection, servicing and preparation of tooling used in wind turbine field operations.

Applicants come from industrial maintenance, mechanical fitting, electrical maintenance or similar technical fields with fault-finding skills; training will be provided in Newcastle before permanent start in Dubbo.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to fault-find and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Trade or technical qualification or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience maintaining asset and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect specialised tooling for wear, damage and defects.
• Perform servicing, maintenance, minor repairs and component replacement.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment.
• Coordinate calibration, safety testing, maintenance and certification activities.
• Prepare tooling for field deployment, verification, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate asset, service, calibration and maintenance records.
• Safely handle and move tooling and bulky equipment using approved equipment.
• Support tooling requests, inventory activities and other warehouse operations.
