Qualifications

• Technical diploma or associate's degree in electrical or mechanical field.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in electro-mechanical contexts.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly prints.
• Proficient in measurement and gauging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints & parts lists.
• Follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
• Comply with HS&E policies.
• Lead team in developing and implementing a midterm plan.
• Assist in reworking, repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment.
• Provide coaching to other technicians.
• Perform complex tests with minimal instruction.
