Job summary

CE Group is hiring Electricians for the construction of an LNG processing plant located outside a coal mine, about 40 km north of Moranbah. The role runs for approximately 9 weeks on a 2:1 roster, with an anticipated start from 26 October 2026.

You'll work across process plant, storage and load-out facilities, power station, HV switchroom, PCR room, flare, water treatment facilities and site buildings. Electrical qualifications and licencing are required with hazardous area qualifications for

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification and Queensland electrical licence required.
• Hazardous Area qualifications preferred for selected positions.
• Coal Board Medical (CBM) and Standard 11 preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Pulling, glanding and terminating HV, LV and instrumentation cables.
• Completing earthing, conduit installation and underground electrical works.
• Installing lighting and power across site facilities and buildings.
• Installing and wiring PLC cards.
• Running fibre-optic and Ethernet cabling across the site.

About the Opportunity

You’ll work across the process plant, storage and load-out facilities, power station, HV switchroom, PCR room, flare, water treatment facilities and site buildings.

What You'll Be Doing
