Job summary

Zeal Futures Pty invites experienced electricians to transition into a Trade Trainer role, delivering hands-on training and shaping the next generation of tradespeople. You will mentor students, refine training materials, and work with the Training Team Leader to implement effective programs in a supportive, not-for-profit environment.

Prior training experience is not essential; we can support the right candidate to obtain the TAE qualification while transitioning into the role. WWCC is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on trade experience in Electrotechnology.
• Ability to mentor and train students effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and professional learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training sessions drawing on industry expertise.
• Validate and improve training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.
• Collaborate with Training Team Leader to design effective programs.
• Mentor students as they start their trade careers.
