Job summary

Bright Group Electrical in Sydney is seeking an experienced Service Electrician to join our team. You will perform reactive and preventative maintenance across commercial facilities, retail sites, strata and fuel sites, with independence and ownership of jobs from arrival on site to completion.

You’ll diagnose faults, perform testing, complete clear service reports and liaise with site contacts. NSW Electrical Licence and a current Driver Licence are required, along with Australian working

Bright Group Electrical is a Sydney-based electrical contractor providing electrical service, maintenance and project work throughout NSW.

Our service division supports a growing portfolio of commercial facilities, retail sites, fuel sites, strata properties, hotels and public infrastructure.

We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Service Electrician to join our team.

This role would suit an electrician who enjoys fault finding, variety and working independently, and who takes pride in providing a professional service from arrival on site through to completion.

The Role

You’ll carry out reactive and preventative electrical maintenance across a diverse range of operational sites throughout Sydney.

Your work will include:

• Electrical fault finding and repairs
• Reactive and preventative maintenance
• Attending commercial, retail, strata and fuel sites
• Completing clear service reports, photos and recommendations

You’ll work across different sites, diagnose problems, deal directly with site contacts and take ownership of jobs through to completion.

• Has commercial service and maintenance experience
• Is confident working independently and taking ownership of jobs
• Communicates professionally with clients and site contacts
• Is reliable, organised and works efficiently
• Takes pride in their workmanship and presentation
• Can complete clear job reports and document completed works
• Current NSW Electrical Licence
• Current Australian Driver Licence
• Australian working rights
• Strong electrical testing and fault-finding ability

Experience working within commercial facilities, retail, strata, fuel or other operational environments will be highly regarded.
