Coles Group is seeking an Electrician for its Retail Ready Operations site in Erskine Park, Sydney. This permanent, full-time role supports the engineering team by maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment in a highly automated facility.

Night shift Sunday to Thursday 10pm–6:30am. Electrical licence and recognised trade certificates are required, with preference for experience on large food production sites and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical licence required for all electrician positions.
• Recognised Trade Certificate or Certificate III in Engineering-Mechanical Trade, or
• Certificate III in Engineering-Electrical/Electronic Trade, or Certificate III in Engineering-Fabrication Trade is required.
• Experience working in a large food production site.
• Proven experience in fault finding, repairs and maintenance of equipment.
• Demonstrable experience applying quality control techniques and inspections.
• Embrace continuous learning and skill development while supporting your team members.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to actively collaborate within your team and wider site.

We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met.

Our facility is fully integrated into the Coles sourcing, production, and logistics and stores' network.

About the role

Join our vibrant and skilled team at Coles as a Production Technician within our Retail Ready Operations Australia function. We are currently recruiting for qualified electricians to join our engineering team on a permanent FT basis.
