Job summary

AJ Sammut Electrical is seeking a Mining electrician for an ongoing 7/7 DIDO day shift at one of our Glencore sites in the Mackay region. This casual role offers $75/hr plus super, with meals and accommodation provided and travel arranged.

You will perform CHPP maintenance, general electrical maintenance, and shift relief, with drive in drive out arrangements and a company vehicle for site travel. Applicants from Mackay area preferred.

Qualifications

Must hold Australian recognised Electrical Trade Certificate.
Current Drivers Licence required.
Coal Board Medical and LVR/CPR advantageous.

Responsibilities

CHPP and general electrical maintenance on Glencore sites.
Shift relief and infrastructure works.
Drive in/Drive out with travel to mine site provided.

Mining Role

$75/hr casual + Super

Day shift only servicing various Glencore sites - CHPP maintenance, general electrical maintenance, shift relief and infrastructure works
Drive in Drive out
Work ute provided for travel to and from mine site
Food and accommodation provided
Suitable for applicants based in Mackay and surrounding areas
