Job summary

Coastal Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our growing operations team on the Mid North Coast. You’ll deliver high-quality electrical services, including installation, maintenance, and project works for major clients.

Applicants must have Electrical Trade Qualification, ability to read diagrams, white card and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to travel and mentoring apprentices appreciated; EWP ticket preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical, architectural and mechanical diagrams.
• Time management and problem solving skills.
• Good communication, teamwork and leadership capabilities.
• Construction White Card (required).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• Willingness to travel for work.
• EWP ticket preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring, circuit breakers, power outlets, lighting systems, and switchboards in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on electrical systems.
• Read and interpret electrical, architectural and mechanical diagrams, drawings and specifications.
• Install, program, and commission fire detection, warning, intercom, and control systems for minor works projects.
• Support quoting and proposal preparation with the team.
• Maintain daily communication with the Service team for timely job completion and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide apprentice electricians

Coastal Fire Protection is on the lookout for an experienced Electrician to join our dynamic and growing operations team. This is a key role supporting major clients across the Mid North Coast region. You’ll be delivering high-quality electrical services, including installation, repairs maintenance and project works.

Key Responsibilities

Install wiring, circuit breakers, power outlets, lighting systems, and switchboards in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Perform routine inspections, testing, maintenance, fault-finding, and repairs on electrical systems.

Reading and interpreting electrical, architectural and mechanical diagrams, drawings and specifications

Install, program, and commission fire detection, warning, intercom, and control systems for minor works projects.

Support quoting and proposal preparation in collaboration with our team.

Maintain daily communication with our Service team to ensure timely job completion and client satisfaction.

Mentor and Guide apprentice electricians
