Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a reliable Electrician to service several sites across the Adelaide metro area. You will deliver preventative and reactive electrical maintenance, diagnose faults, and complete compliance documentation while liaising with client stakeholders.

Reporting to the Account Manager, you’ll work autonomously with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and customer service, in a multi-site portfolio within a leading global real estate and facilities management company.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Licence required.
• 4+ years post-trade experience.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or facilities maintenance environments.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across several sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
• Maintain electrical plant and equipment to a high standard.
• Respond to breakdowns and service requests.
• Complete maintenance reports and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with client stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
• Support site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

About the Role

• Current Electrical Licence

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Commitment to workplace safety and compliance

Licences & Checks

The successful candidate will be required to complete and maintain all relevant checks and clearances, including:

• National Police Check
• Pre-employment Medical Assessment
• White Card
• Working at Heights certification
• EWP Licence highly regarded
