Lawrence & Hanson is seeking a commercially minded Branch Manager to lead a busy electrical wholesale branch. You will drive sales growth, deliver outstanding customer service and foster a high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in electrical wholesale or trade sales.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a branch business plan to drive sales, margin and growth.
• Manage branch operations: inventory, service standards, safety, compliance and P&L.
• Grow customer base through proactive trade sales and account management.
• Lead, coach and motivate staff to a high-performance culture.
• Partner with suppliers to ensure access to products, advice and solutions.
