Job summary

JTMEC Electrical Contracting is seeking experienced Maintenance Shift Electricians for Cadia Valley Operations near Orange NSW. This hands-on role covers installation, maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems to ensure site reliability and safe operation.

You will hold a NSW Electrical Licence and a current Driver's Licence, with strong diagnostic skills and the ability to read electrical drawings.

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant electrical standards and regulations.

  • Commitment to maintaining a Zero Harm safety culture.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Reliable, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on quality workmanship.

We are currently seeking experienced and qualified Maintenance Shift Electricians to join our high performing team based at Cadia Valley Operations, near Orange NSW. About the Role

In this hands-on position, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, fault finding, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, equipment performance and safe operations across site.

  • Current Driver's Licence

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Previous mining industry experience
  • Working at Heights certification
  • Confined Space certification
  • High Risk Work Licence - WP
  • Current LV CPR certification
