Webuild S.p.A. (Clough, part of the Integrate Alliance) is delivering the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility upgrade in Henderson, WA.

We seek an Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site electrical craft, ensure safety, quality and schedule compliance. You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate with project managers and engineers, and provide guidance and training to the team while upholding relevant electrical codes and project specifications for a major infrastructure program in Western

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably with an EPC contractor in construction or heavy industry.
• Licences and certifications such as Electrical Licence WA, Construction White Card, UETTDRRF06B, HLTAID001 CPR, WP licence, C‑Class Driver's Licence, Confined Space, Heights, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a plan for early electrical activities in alignment with project schedule
• Manage, inspect and interface with subcontractors
• Support site temporary power requirements and installations
• Prepare manning and tooling requirements for self-performed E&I works
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and ensure high quality and safety standards
• Ensure all electrical work complies with codes, safety and project specs
• Address issues or defects promptly and effectively
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
• Provide guidance and training to team members
