Job summary

EPSA Pacific in Australia is seeking a maintenance lead to oversee site infrastructure and fixed/mobile plant maintenance at Commodore Mine in Millmerran, Queensland. You will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager and drive project delivery, schedules, budgets and contractor coordination while maintaining safety and asset integrity.

The role operates on a 5/2, 4/3 roster with long weekends, offering a balanced work-life arrangement.

Qualifications

Current QLD Electrical License with mining plant experience.
HV Switching Operator ticket.
Proven safety leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide maintenance activities for site infrastructure assets including buildings and fixed plant infrastructure.
Project management delivery for fixed and mobile plant assets.
Develop minor project schedules, budgets, technical specifications and scopes of work.
Coordinate contractor activities related to infrastructure projects delivery.
Manage and develop Minor Projects operational readiness requirements including Risk Management, maintenance inspections, training and spares requirements.
Manage improvement and statutory compliance projects within the Maintenance team.
Develop and maintain Electrical maintenance strategies and work instructions.
Contribute as a member of the maintenance leadership team to help deliver department goals and outcomes.
