Job summary

EPSA Group is seeking an Infrastructure Supervisor to lead maintenance and project delivery for mine infrastructure at Commodore, approximately 3 hours from Brisbane. The role oversees fixed plant infrastructure, develops project scopes, and coordinates contractors within a 5/2, 4/3 day shift roster.

Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will drive risk management, inspections and readiness initiatives while working as part of the maintenance leadership team to achieve department

Qualifications

• Experience in leading maintenance of site infrastructure assets and fixed plant.
• Strong project management skills with ability to develop schedules and budgets.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage safety/compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide maintenance activities for site infrastructure assets.
• Deliver minor and major projects with scope, timelines and budgets.
• Develop schedules, technical specs and scopes of work for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate contractor activities and ensure readiness, risk management and spares.
