Job summary

Terra Verde is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to oversee on-site electrical works for the Suburban Rail Loop project in Melbourne. Reporting to the Electrical Superintendent, you will coordinate teams, monitor performance, and ensure safe, timely delivery of systems in line with project standards.

You will lead by example in Terra Verde's safety and quality programs, manage subcontractors, review design documentation, and contribute to short-term works planning while maintaining precise site

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in supervising electrical teams on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors to meet program, safety and quality standards.
• Lead on-site safety, environmental and quality systems implementation.
• Contribute to planning construction methodologies and short-term work programs.
• Maintain accurate daily records, progress reports and handovers.
• Review electrical design documentation for constructability input.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with specs and milestones.
• Assist with budget tracking and analyze cost variations and changes.
• Identify and mitigate site risks proactively.
