SIMPEC Pty Ltd, a diversified services provider, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join the team ASAP for a major filtration plant project at McArthur River Mine in the NT. The role involves monitoring daily works, coordinating crews and equipment, mentoring staff, reviewing planning, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards (AS/NZS 3000).

About You: NT Electrical License or ability to obtain, CPR certification, 4+ years supervisory experience, WHS knowledge, and a strong

Qualifications

NT Electrical License (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
Low Voltage Rescue & CPR Certification.
A minimum 4 years industry experience in a Supervisory role.
Sound understanding of WHS legislation and risk management.
Ability to lead by example and promote a positive safety culture.

Responsabilités

Monitor daily works, including quality inspections, daily progress reporting and safety leadership activities.
Coordinate work crews, plant, equipment, and materials to achieve operational outcomes and targets, safely.
Mentor, engage and motivate the work crews through effective and proactive communication.
Review work packaging and detailed planning.
Compliance with relevant electrical safety standards, such as AS/NZS 3000, is mandatory.
