Job summary

Alstom is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for the Sydney Light Rail Project. Lead a team of electricians on state-of-the-art rolling stock and rail infrastructure, ensuring safe, high-quality electrical maintenance.

Ideal candidates have Team Leader experience, a valid NSW Electrical Contractor Licence, and strong fault-finding and leadership skills. Rotating shift roster with day and night shifts, training and safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Previous Team Leader or Electrical Supervisor experience.
• Certificate III in Electrotechnology or equivalent
• NSW Electrical Contractor Licence.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, heavy maintenance, automation or rolling stock environments.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under a rotating shift roster.
• Rail industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.

PayRate

$71.50/hr + Super + Penalties ( Loading when applicable )

Rotating roster

Day Shift - 5 AM - 4 PM; Night Shift - 4 PM - 3 AM

• Category 1 Rail Medical
• Police Check
