Job summary

Zenviron is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project in Central Queensland, operating on a FIFO 2:1 roster. The role focuses on delivering high standards in HSSE, quality, and safety while managing HV substation construction activities.

The successful candidate will bring a Queensland Electrical Licence with HV access, extensive site-based experience, and strong communication and contractual skills to lead subcontractors and coordinate with stakeholders

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical Licence and HV Access Permit in Queensland.
• 5+ years site-based experience as Electrical Supervisor on construction projects.
• Experience supervising HV substations and commissioning.
• Strong communication and contractual knowledge.
• Right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity and innovation.
• Manage subcontractors at the substation to meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee construction and commissioning of the HV substation.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on site.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
