Job summary

Zenviron is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project in Central Queensland, on a FIFO 2:1 roster. The role focuses on HV substation commissioning, construction oversight, and effective subcontractor management.

You will work closely with project teams to uphold HSSE standards, quality, productivity, and innovation, while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current QLD Electrical Licence and HV Access Permit.
• 5+ years site experience as Electrical Supervisor in construction.
• Experience supervising HV operations, permit-to-work, electrical compliance.
• Experience HV Substation commissioning and construction desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage client/subcontractor relationships.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Job description

Zenviron are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the Lotus Creek Wind Farm Project, located in Central Queensland, on a FIFO 2:1 roster.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the project teams to deliver a culture of excellence in HSSE, quality, productivity, performance, and innovation to successfully deliver the project
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers to ensure contractual requirements are met
• Effectively managing subcontractors in the substation
• Managing final stages of construction and commissioning of substation
• Lead from the front in promoting an innovative culture
• Set and achieve excellent safety performance through driving operational safety awareness and intervention

What we are looking for:

• Current QLD Electrical Licence and High Voltage Access Permit
• Demonstratable experience in Subcontractor Management
• At least 5 years site based industry experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the construction industry,
• Proven experience supervising HV operations, permit-to-work processes, electrical compliance, and commissioning/energisation activities within a project environment
• Experience in HV Substation Commissioning and Substation Construction highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise messages
• Sound commercial acumen and contractual knowledge
• Able to foster and manage effective relationships with the client, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
• Proof of right to work in Australia
