Job summary

SGC Australia is seeking Electrical Supervisors to lead shutdowns and project works across Western Australia on FIFO rosters. You will supervise electrical trades onsite, coordinate with client representatives, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.

The role offers ongoing opportunities with mining clients, a strong project pipeline, and potential for career progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising electrical teams within the mining industry.
• Demonstrated shutdown and/or project experience.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Strong commitment to safety and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical trades and subcontractors onsite
• Lead shutdown and project execution safely and efficiently
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with client procedures and specifications
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture
• Coordinate daily work activities and manage project priorities
• Liaise with client representatives and site management
• Complete relevant reporting and documentation
• Previous experience supervising electrical teams within the mining industry
