Job summary

RSGx is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead a major heavy industrial project in Western Australia. This hands-on leadership role requires managing large electrical teams across construction, installation and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on safety and delivery.

The role offers a 2:1 FIFO roster, permanent job offer, weekly pay, and attractive site uplift plus personal and annual leave protections on a large-scale ME&I project in WA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large electrical teams across construction, installation and commissioning.
• Full electrical construction lifecycle knowledge from cable pulls to commissioning.
• Strong leadership and safety focus on heavy industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee E&I construction and installation on a major industrial processing plant.
• Lead teams of 10+ electricians and electrical personnel.
• Ensure commissioning support and successful handover.
