Job summary

RSGx is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead a major heavy industrial project in Western Australia. This hands-on leadership role requires managing large electrical teams across construction, installation and commissioning, with a strong emphasis on safety and delivery.

RSGx is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendents to join a major heavy industrial construction project.
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an Electrical Superintendent with strong experience managing large electrical teams across construction, installation and commissioning.

Scope of Work:

• E&I construction and installation work across a large-scale industrial processing plant
• Cable tray installation
• Power and control cabling
• Cable terminations
• Commissioning support
• Instrumentation installation

The Role & requirements:

• Your experience should cover the full electrical construction lifecycle from cable pulls to commissioning
• Experience within a heavy industrial environment – Oil&Gas, LNG, Mining, Solar farms, Wind farms, BESS, Large scale infrastructure.
• You will have demonstrated experience leading teams of 10+ electricians and electrical personnel, with a strong understanding of electrical construction through to commissioning.
• Current WA Electrical Licence, First Aid, CPR/LVR, EWP High Risk Licence, Working at Heights, White Card, Current Driver’s Licence
• Proven Electrical Superintendent / senior leadership experience
