Job summary

DP World Fisherman Island Terminal seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead safe, compliant operation of HV and LV electrical systems in a 24/7 heavy-industry environment.

You will oversee maintenance, safety, compliance and asset performance, develop switching programs, and mentor a team of technicians to ensure uptime and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering degree or high-level electrical trade qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in heavy-industry maintenance environments.
• Strong HV/LV electrical knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with industrial automation and drives (Siemens TIA Portal, Sinamics, ABB 800 series).
• Proven leadership capability with strong safety focus.
• Experience using CMMS and managing maintenance budgets and projects.
• Hold or be eligible for an MSIC.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HV/LV competency frameworks and ensure all authorised personnel are trained and compliant.
• Lead safety performance, risk management, incident investigation and statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with Automation, Operations, Engineering and external contractors.
• Provide on-call support to a 24/7 terminal operations.

This senior technical role provides electrical leadership across maintenance, safety, compliance and asset performance in a 24/7 heavy-industry environment.
