Job summary

Dynamite Electrical Pty Ltd in New South Wales is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee day to day site operations, lead teams, and deliver high quality electrical installations safely and to specification.

Reporting to the Project Manager and Construction Manager, you will manage planning, supervision, and compliance with Australian Standards, HSEQ, and client requirements while mentoring apprentices and tradespeople.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical License or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or Site Supervisor on large projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, HSEQ, and safety regulations.
• Solid technical understanding of electrical installations and service work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate on site electrical teams to achieve project goals, productivity targets, and quality standards.
• Manage daily site operations, including planning, delegation, and supervision of electrical work.
• Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, client specifications, and company procedures.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, testing, and rectification of electrical, voice, and data cabling systems.
• Provide technical support and advice to teams and ensure efficient problem solving on site.
• Identify project variations, safety risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct daily pre start meetings and weekly toolbox talks to reinforce safety and quality.
• Mentor apprentices and tradespeople, supporting skill development and growth.
• Maintain accurate records for safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
