Job summary

Talison Lithium's Greenbushes Lithium Operation in Western Australia seeks an Electrical Shutdown Coordinator to lead shutdowns, coordinate maintenance teams and ensure safe, on-time delivery of planned maintenance across processing plants.

You will work closely with maintenance and contractors, managing resources, safety and budget while driving continuous improvement and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Electrical Trade Certificate and unrestricted A Grade Electrical Licence are required.
• Minimum five years' post-trade experience within the mineral processing industry.
• Experience coordinating plant shutdowns or major maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Experience using CMMS and maintenance planning software.
• Sound understanding of budgeting, cost control and contractor management.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and electrical standards.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
• HV Switching Operator Certificate and Cert IV in Instrumentation (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical shutdown activities across the processing plants.
• Lead and supervise employees and contract personnel during planned shutdowns.
• Allocate resources and coordinate work to meet shutdown schedules.
• Participate in shutdown planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and within budget.
• Monitor shutdown performance and report on key outcomes and KPIs.
• Support the development and performance of the Electrical Shutdown team.
• Promote compliance with statutory requirements, company procedures and Talison safety standards.
